The right candidate should have a STRONG and proven supervisory background along with solid experience in all aspects of general residential maintenance
You will manage your Maintenance and Grounds-keeping staff
You’ll provide all-around maintenance skills for your residents & your community
Your skills should include basic carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and appliance (dishwashers, washers/dryers, etc) installation and trouble-shooting
You and your team will make ready units for new occupancy
