Welcome to the Peers Hotel team.
We are happy and excited you are interested in being a part of our company. You do not need to have experience in the field but need to have a very good attitude, be a fast learner, responsible, stable, and great at sales.

Position Available: Hotel Management
Your day will consist of running the hotel. You will be responsible for deposits, keeping up with Housekeeping and making sure all hotel rooms are cleaned daily, accounting for the hotel, and overnight shifts ONLY in case of an emergency and we are shorthanded.

Pay is $2400 a month and if we see that you can close sales on rooms, show up on time, able to handle accounting, maintaining rooms and managing the hotel making sure everything is organized, no problems with schedule or tasks then you will receive raises yearly.

This job includes folding sheets , able to handle accounting and maintaining rooms and hotel and making sure everything is organized keeping laundry area organized and good at selling rooms & checking guest in , putting breakfast away in the morning , checking rooms after their cleaned to make sure everything is working in order and organized. Job must be able to work and rotate holidays.

Job Descriptions:
-Needs to be good under pressure and stress.
-You will be working in an office environment
-Must be a Fast learner
-Must be good at problem solving
-This is for people looking for a career and long term opportunity, no short term.
-QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required
– Sundays Off

Position Qualifications:
-Experience with customer service
-Must speak English and Spanish (Bilingual ONLY please)
-Good people skills (Upbeat attitude and able to hold a conversation)
-Be able to problem solve
-Be good under pressure
-Computer literate (How to print, Copy, Scan, Search desktop,)

Monday through Friday: 8am to 5pm
Saturday: 8am to 5pm
Sundays: OFF

Pay: $2,400 a month
