4 Charles Prime Rib is seeking an experienced and committed Line Cook to join their team. The restaurant is part of a Chicago based hospitality group called Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, and includes Au Cheval, Bavette’s, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market. Pay rates range from $20-$22/hr based on experience.
We are looking for a seasoned line cook who has evening and weekend availability, a strong work ethic, a team player mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. We value stability, longevity and encourage growth within our company.
