Blind Lady Ale House seeks FT Line Cook (Normal Heights)

We are seeking a responsible, skilled and experienced cook who desires to move up, who is curious and wants to learn, and who wants to improve their craft. There is a lot of opportunity here.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with working in a scratch kitchen. Individuals with super communication, a strong work ethic, super knife skills, a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence and someone who understands the importance of team work. Ability to multi-task is a must.

Yes, we make pizza but this is real food, made from scratch in a small kitchen with an experienced, smart Chef-led program.

You must have:

* At least 2+ years experience cooking professionally
* Terrific knife skills
* Reliability
* Calm under pressure (we are extremely busy)
* A great palate
* Experience in a scratch kitchen
* A solid work ethic
* And a desire to learn even more

You must be able to work nights and weekends.
