– Ability to lift 50 pounds of materials
– Able to comply with health and sanitation standards
– Fast worker
– Follows checklists and standard operating procedures

Lead Server — Pay: DOE + Cash tips.

Requirements:
– Experience – 5+ years of server with bar tender experience
– Independent judgment – Able to handle complaints and resolve conflicts with guests and staff.
The lead server must take initiative and be creative in solving problems
– Leadership skills – Effective leader that can provide servers with information, encouragement,
and assistance as needed
– Social skills – Able to interact with guests and restaurant staff and needs to be approachable,
polite, and helpful
– Flexible hours
– Career Advancement – Potential promotion to Server Manager
