Floating Chef Manager – Corporate Food Service
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, hands-on culinary professional to join our corporate food service team as a Chef Manager in _Dedham/Needham area, MA
Position offers a Monday through Friday, daytime schedule starting at 6 am.
As a Chef Manager, you will be responsible for daily operation of the cafeteria which includes:
Responsibility for a breakfast, lunch and catering program operated under company guidelines and
standards . Creating weekly menu . Preparing daily entree and soup offerings . Ordering and inventory . Manage food cost . Safety and sanitation . Customer service . Administrative duties – processing payroll, vendor bills, petty cash, banking, hiring and training of staff . Supervise and train staff Candidate(s) MUST have good culinary skills with the ability to create a wide range of food offerings. Previous experience in corporate food service helpful. We are looking for people that show a steady employment history, not a job hopper. Servsafe certification helpful. Candidate(s) MUST be able to clear a criminal background check to be eligible for hire.
