We are looking for talented people to help us grow with our family of restaurants: Tinleaf Fresh Kitchen and Beach Plum Kitchen are currently in the SD north county coastal area, with Black Rail Kitchen + Bar: a full service restaurant and bar scheduled to open in Spring of 2019.

We are currently interviewing for the following positions:
* General Managers
* Bar Managers
* Mixologists
* Executive Chef
* Pastry Chef

We looking for talented, focused, and motivated people with the following qualifications:

*A minimum of 2 years previous restaurant experience in a full-service or high end fast-casual setting.
* Experience working in a hands-on environment.
*A passion for delivering quality in every aspect of hospitality.
* Great communication & strong leadership skills.
* Strong food knowledge and an understanding of kitchen operations, including scratch cooking.
* Strong knowledge in projecting, budgeting, ordering, and inventory
* A strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to teach, coach, train and mentor staff members.
* The ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
* The ability to think on your feet and react when the situation warrants.
* Craft cocktail experience is a plus.
