Responsibilities:
– Assembling food cooked by the line
– Plating and garnishing menu items to be served
– Restocking and Cleaning
– Saucing each hot item that leaves the line
– Working standing for 4-8 hrs at a time
– Lifting at times objects of about 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred
– Fine eye for detail
– Fast and efficient multi-tasking ability
– Able to work under direction and independently
– Reliable transportation
