THE OPPORTUNITY:

Patina Hospitality is the onsite food provider doing restaurant style food in a corporate/business dining setting. This means we serve the employees and guests of our client as their onsite dining solution in a variety of café like models. Our primary business will be serving breakfast, lunch, daily catering and events. The work location is at KKR (9 West 57thstreet, NY, NY 10019)

We are looking for passionate and engaging self-starters, who are proactive, driven and possesses a keen sense of operational efficiency in the dining room.

THE POSITION SUMMARY:

Executive Dining Room Server

An immediate opportunity exists for proven restaurant professionals with the ability to maintain our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. This position will be in charge of Executive Lunch for an estimate of 200 people including catering. This is a Monday, Wednesday & Thursday schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Setting Up In Executive Dining Room & Office Catering for a High End Business
Building & Breaking Down Catering Carts
Checking in Food: Being aware of modified & specialized orders
Cleaning Catering Space: Washing & Polishing China
Cleaning and restocking breakrooms for associates
Actively Learning and Operating within PRG Client’s “Culture”

THE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in a full service, fine dining restaurant
Fine Dining Service experience preferred
High energy, grace, and team player/leader attitude.
Strong work ethic with a keen sense of urgency
Service Driven, self-motivated with impeccable service standards and attention to detail
Clean work habits and personal grooming
Resourceful and well-organized
Personable, outgoing, with a positive attitude
Openness & willingness to learn
Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
Ability to communicate effectively
Availability to work weekdays, specifically Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
