Poke Bowl Company (www.pokebowlco.com), is looking for a reliable team member/prep cook to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable and hard-working individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking for a future career in food service/hospitality or those who are looking for stable and fulfilling part-time job. Our locations are both inside Whole Foods Market – Lincoln Park and Streeterville.

What does our team members/prep cooks do?

Poke Bowl Co employees are critical to our operations. While you don’t actually do any “cooking”, we do have vegetables and fish to cut and sauces to blend – all our ingredients are raw. Your primary responsibility is to make sure we are up to par and prepared every day with ingredients we need to create our bowls in addition to serving our customers and creating an enjoyable experience. You’ll help restock ingredients, help with prep and maintaining the station.- Friendly, professional and customer service oriented attitude – Routinely clean and maintain the food station to ensure high standards and a quality work environment- Helping manage inventory and preparation of ingredients- Can operate efficiently in a fast paced environment while maintaining composure and excellent service.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

– Prior food industry and/or customer service experience a PLUS but not required
– We can train anyone that is motivated, reliable and hardworking
