Here we grow again! Come be part of the Buzz! Forge Coffee Roasting Company is looking for outgoing individuals with experience in the art of espresso. We have openings for Baristas at our Capitol Hill, Bellevue and Northgate, and Everett Cafe’s. ONE year of consistent hands on espresso drink making is what we are looking for. Our customers love their espresso and expect our staff to be proficient, professional and friendly. We pay above minimum wage and pool tips. A well trained, and friendly barista will make a great income at our shops. Our customer base is very large and dedicated to us.

We are a small independently and locally owned Coffee Roasting Company who takes pride in serving the amazing coffee drinks in our cafes using the latest in extraction technology. Our food is all made in house or sourced through our local baking partners.

Being comfortable working closely with fellow employees and having EXCELLENT people skills is a must. It’s important to us that you know and understand how to prepare espresso and coffee related drinks to perfection.

At this moment we are offering multiple positions 5 days a week, around 20-40 hours are available and do include some part of the weekend if needed.

Hours of operation :
Monday- Friday 6am to 6pm
Saturday and Sunday 7am to 5pm

Our work day is split into three shifts. We want all workers to be available for AM and PM shifts.
1st shift 5:30am to 2:00pm (6:30am on weekends)
2nd shift 6:45am to 3:15 (7:45am on weekends)
3rd shift 2:00pm to 6:15pm
