Track 3 Microbrewery and Coffee House is hiring in Dresher!
Our “Beeristas” (barista + bartender) will be the public face of our tap room, and as such must have a positive, empathetic attitude, be reliable, hard working, and excited to work at the interface of craft beer and coffee service. Since we will be serving both coffee and beer for much of the day, all Beeristas will be cross trained on producing high quality espresso based drinks, pourovers and drip coffee, and properly serving craft beer. Prior barista and bartender experience is not required, but is helpful. Craft coffee and beer relies on many family farms and cooperatives from around the world, and as such has a great story to tell. Beeristas must be excited to learn this story and help educate our customers about why these craft beverages are so unique.
