Track 3 Microbrewery and Coffee House is hiring in Dresher!
Our “Beeristas” will be the public face of our business, and as such must have a positive, empathetic attitude, be reliable, hard working, and excited to work at the interface of craft beer and coffee service. Since we will be serving both coffee and beer for much of the day, all Beeristas will be cross trained on producing high quality espresso based drinks, pourovers and drip coffee, and properly serving craft beer.
Our head Beerista will manage and train Beeristas and be required to perform those duties as detailed above. In addition, this person will also manage our consumables, serving, and retail inventory, and other duties as necessary to provide an excellent customer experience. Prior barista and management experience is necessary.
