Kitchen (Line cook)

Qualifications:
• Minimum one year of prep or line cook experience.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required; schedule flexibility determined by business needs.
• Able to follow directions.
• Take responsibility for duties assigned and complete them with accuracy.
• Commitment to quality service.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Must be able speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Must be able to hear with 100% accuracy.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills/Aptitudes:
• Able to work in a high-energy and demanding environment.
• Works well under pressure.
• Able to identify and properly address problems with equipment and work environment.
• Able to take direction.
• Able to learn and follow work guidelines based on Health Department, OSHA and ADA regulations.
• Able to learn the proper use and safety requirements of all kitchen equipment.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of sanitation & cleanliness in areas.

Kitchen Wage: BOE

Host

Qualifications:
• Fluent English required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required; schedule flexibility determined by business needs.
• Commitment to quality service. Basic knowledge of and food and beverage service and dining room functions preferred.
• Basic math skills. Able to accurately and efficiently perform basic math functions. Able to accurately handle cash.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Food Handler’s Card Required.

Skills/Aptitudes:
• Able to work in a high-energy and demanding environment.

• Able to identify and properly address problems with equipment and work environment.

Requirements:

• Must have had Drivers license for at least 2 years and have a clean driving record with valid insurance card and registration.
• Food Handler’s Card Required.

Quality Lead Position

This is an hourly supervisory position used to encourage and support employees, making sure that company standards are met. Reporting to the management team, Quality Leads direct the employees through their daily routines and interact with guests to ensure that they have an exemplary experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant supervisory experience required (Kitchen or Dining Room)
• Excellent guest relations & hospitality skills
• Viewed as a leader among peers
• Consistently displays high standards and executes all aspects of current position at the highest level
• Food Handler’s Card Required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Table touches and guest interaction
• Completing tasks / activities which allow the manager to run the shift and/or floor, such as: Leading Slice it Up meeting Controlling restaurant ambiance (music, television, lights, etc.)
• Executing employee meal period/break schedule Checking employees in/out (including Micros clock in/out functions)
• Managing side work completion Taking & confirming reservations
• Hosting large parties and/or catering orders
• Conducting perimeter walk-throughs Completing mid-day sanitation checks
• Conducting line checks Completing other tasks as assigned by the Manager On Duty
• Uniform Standards Manager uniform standards apply
