Experienced Line Cook, Dishwashers and Servers Needed! (Olympia)

Ranch House BBQ & Steakhouse is crazy busy, owner operated and staffed with friendly experienced staff, rock stars in the kitchen, great food, busy lunches and slamming dinners. Everybody that works here loves it! We are currently interviewing hospitality professionals who will proudly represent the Ranch House BBQ with a positive, high-energy attitude and who will help the team provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests…Every Guest, Every Time! We have a tight knit crew that works as a team to support the restaurant and each other.

Line Cook Position:
Must have 2 years line cook experience. High volume kitchen experience through preparation, production & plating menu items; able to read and understand sale tickets; responsible for prepping & stocking all needed products & supplies; breaking down work station & cleaning the station at the end of the shift; maintain and clean the station before, during and after the shift; assist with prep as needed in addition to performing cleaning projects; garbage and recycling procedures; maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishware, glassware, tableware & cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods; ensure that the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe & sanitary facility; the ability to listen well; strong desire to learn; familiar with kitchen equipment; the desire to take imitative; able to lift 50 lbs.; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers; reliable transportation; an open schedule is needed, must be able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays; valid WA State Food Handlers Permit.

Dishwasher
We are looking for a self-motivated, friendly and outgoing person to work as a Dishwasher. Position requirements: Have the ability to multitask, keep the kitchen clean, remain calm and productive when under pressure to meet deadlines, work unsupervised. maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishware, glassware, tableware & cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods; ensure that the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe & sanitary facility; the ability to listen well; strong desire to learn; familiar with kitchen equipment; able to lift 50 lbs, reliable transportation; an open schedule is needed, must be able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays; valid WA State Food Handlers Permit.

Servers
We are looking for a Server who has at least two years of experience serving and bartending experience would be helpful. You will need to provide exceptional customer service at all times; must enjoy working with the public; must be able to succeed in a fast paced work environment; assist in running food as needed; work on your feet for 6+ hours without a problem; guest first attitude; service focused and solution oriented; ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and guests; reliable transportation; an open schedule is needed, must be able to work days, nights, weekends & holidays. valid WA State Food Handlers Permit and have a current WSLCB Alcohol serving Permit.
