Catering Lead Monday-Friday (La Jolla)

Bon Appetit Management Company is currently seeking a full-time catering lead to work for our restaurant located in La Jolla. We are looking for someone who is responsible, dependable and has a strong work ethic. Must be 21+ and have light bartending skills.

Responsibilities
-Assist catering manager with the daily needs of the operation.
-Works with catering chef to assure all contracts are correct for the day.
-Expedites most catering contracts assuring correct items are going out in a timely fashion.
-Responsible for placing orders and assuring all products are in house.
-Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations
-Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
-Arranges buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
-Thoroughly cleans location after the event is completed.
-Returns food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
-Staying for evening happy hours that include setting up a beer and wine bar.

The weekly schedule is, but not limited to the hours of:
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
As some schedules may be from 6:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
