Job Description: Bartending & Serving Bar Guest

• Greet and welcome our guest.
• Maintain the bar & area with company policy and procedure.
• Follow directions, mixing/pouring-portions with bar procedure.
• Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies and procedures.
• Report directly to Management.
• Provide guest/servers with there drink orders in a timely manor.
• Prepare and close guest ticks with correct moneys given.
• Achieve in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through the time of being an employee at the restaurant.
•Ensure that all equipment is kept clean, and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs by management.
• Learn all items on restaurant menu, I.E. food, alcohol drinks, beverages, deserts, ingredients for breakfast/lunch/dinner times & restrictions.
• Keeping liquor storage area clean in all walk ways, storage shelving, cu-bards and product drop off areas.
• Control stressful situations with high peak rushes.
• Understand and detect prevention for over intoxication or intoxicated guest for safety.
• Able to learn new and implement change to policy and procedure in the restaurant.

Summary of the Position:
Oversee and coordinate seating of all guest, take To-Go orders, Opening/closing of the front host stand and restaurant, cleaning and bussing tables before & after guest, guest service and
satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guest.
• Schedule Reservations up to 14 guest with out Manager approval.
•Understand completely the mission, philosophy and goals. Execute procedure that will achieve these goals.
•Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.

AP / (Expediter) Main Job Duties:
AP / expediter must ensure that kitchen orders have been properly prepared before delivering them to the table. An expediter may have to add certain garnishes, condiments or add ons to a dish before it is ready to be delivered by the Server. He or she might also need to direct kitchen staff on some orders to produce, or communicate with waitstaff as to where dishes need to be delivered.

Work Environment:
Often a great deal of stress is involved when the restaurant is busy, expediters are responsible for keeping things flowing and getting orders placed and delivered out to the tables as quickly as possible.

Expediters need to be constantly aware of factors such as food safety and the temperature of the food that is ready to go out to the customers.

DISHWASHER DESCRIPTION:
The dishwasher will be responsible for washing pots and pans, plates and silverware, empty garbage, sweep and mop kitchen during service.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1+ year experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

LINE COOK DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking experienced line cooks for day and night time positions, full and part time available. Successful candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience as a line cook.

Job Duties & Requirements

Responsible for preparing ingredients for production according to recipes/directions

Assists with food production

Cut and clean a variety of fruits, vegetables, and meats using a knife and/or cutting machines

Produce food for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catered events

Follow all recipes and guidelines while meeting production deadlines

Maintain a clean and organized station and prep area

High volume prep experience preferred

Interpersonal and organizational skills

Utilization of knife cuts in a fast, efficient and safe manner

Sense of urgency

Knowledge of safety and sanitation in the work place

High volume production & large batch cooking

Working Conditions:

Line Cook is subjected to various temperatures for long hours. Must be physically able to lift, reach, bend, stoop, and work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours). Applicants must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
