Restaurant Cook – The Chase Park Plaza

As a member of the Culinary Team in the Preston, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and setting up food; food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté stations, as well as the grill and other stations as needed.
The Preston is located within the historic Chase Park Plaza and offers a cozy chic atmosphere with an eclectic collection of indulgent dishes, craft cocktails, a curated wine list and intriguing beer selection.
