Spicy Boys Food Trailer (East Austin)

We are hiring for full time positions at Spicy Boys Chicken, the resident food trailer at Zilker Brewing Company. Previous cooking experience is preferred but not required if you are motivated, have a strong work ethic, and can learn quickly.

The job entails cooking, cleaning, interacting with guests, working the register, and/or running food. We will train you on everything; we are mainly looking for motivated individuals who are willing to work with our easygoing but hardworking team. Must have a good sense of humor. Must be able to maintain said sense of humor in a high volume kitchen operating out of a poorly insulated metal box.

PLEASE NOTE: This is tough, physical work and not for someone looking to just collect an easy paycheck. You will be working closer to the elements (heat, cold, etc) than in a brick and mortar restaurant. That being said, this is one of the highest paid cooking jobs available in the city, regardless of experience.
