Lunchette Petaluma is HIRING, people!!! (petaluma)

We are a grab and go lunch spot serving salads, grain bowls, and pizzas. We use organic, local farms for our ingredients, and aim to be Zero Waste. These ideals must be important to you for you to be part of our team.

We are looking for a cashier and a prep/line cook, and pay competitive wages for both. We work as a team so the tips are shared and are on top of your pay.

For the cashier: you must be clean and organized but more importantly, you must be able to connect with people, both our guests and co-workers.
For the cook: you must also be clean and organized, but you must bring a sense of joy to what you do. The energy a person brings to their job is crucial to how the whole team functions and feels. We want an atmosphere of community, where we can be proud of what we are creating. We are a small team, so each person’s energy is really important.

For both: you must have prior experience in a restaurant. If you’re green, but super willing to learn, we will consider you for sure. You gotta be ready to be part of team.

We can offer full time but if you’re only looking for part time, we can consider that. The hours for the cook are 730-4pm. For the cashier it’s 830-330.
