Restaurant Manager: (Full Time)

Our Restaurant Managers have complete responsibility for a million-dollar operation when they’re on duty, from supervising staff to ensuring happy customers and product quality. Managers work closely with Assistant Managers on strategic planning, staffing and marketing for their location; working as a TEAM with all employees. We believe in challenges and rewards. Requirements:

We’re looking for a top performer to grow with us. Management and restaurant experience is required. The most important criteria is you: a Positive Attitude, people and customer service skills, and the ability/desire to learn and develop your talent to its fullest.

Responsibilities:
– Person In Charge responsible for all daily operations in the BOH and FOH.
– Maximize catering/banquet and off-site sales opportunities.
– Take inventory of key items daily and place orders directly with distributors.
– Know opening and closing procedures, attention to details.
– Lead shift changes and manage scheduling issues.
– Minimize labor costs and eliminate food waste with programs and systems.
– Enforce company conduct/dress policies and employment guidelines set forth by management.
– Ensure all quality and safety of food from prep to customer.
– Maintain a safe work environment and eliminate any possible hazards immediately.
– Abide by and enforce California Labor and Food Handling laws.
– Goal Setting for FOH Team Members building sales (up sell, suggestive sell and add-on sell)

Qualifications:
– 1-2 years of Manager/Head Chef or FOH Manager experience.
– Available to work expected schedule and lead towards success.
– Must be able to work Tuesday-Sunday 11am to close. (closes @ 9:00 pm)
– Overseen a similar sized operation of 1-15 employees.
– Manager ServeSafe certification is required.

Cooks: (Full & Part Time Hours Available)

Full Time and Part Time positions available.
WEEKENDS and Holidays required.
DAYS and NIGHTS until 9:00 PM

Summary: The cook is responsible for the preparation of high-quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. The Cook must be prepared to work in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment, while maintaining the organizational ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively. Must be prepared to work as a team member, work safe and follow safety procedures.

Customer Service Reps: (Full & Part Time Hours Available)

Position Requirements

Position Duties
– Adhering to all Juicy Burgers protocols
– Interacting with guests and guiding them through our food menu and menu options
– Answering customer questions and responding to any concerns
– Keeping the customer area clean and delivering food to the table
– Cash handling as well as using the register to ring up both credit and cash sales
– Taking customer orders both in person and over the phone and on iPad for deliveries
– Obtaining a working knowledge of our menu items and up-selling to customers
