ASSISTANT COOK/KITCHEN AID

40 Hour position which includes every other weekend.

Arnold House is one of the most desirable private long term care nursing homes in the Northeast. Come be part of the team.

Licenses/Certification/Requirements: ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred but can obtain within six months of employment. Must have recent physical, current TB and have the annual Flu vaccine.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Minimum of one to two years of experience as an assistant cook in a long term healthcare environment. Arnold House is a scratch kitchen. Food handlers permit (ServeSafe) as required by state law and/or Company standards.
Able to read and write in English and follow recipes, kitchen policies and guidelines of DPH, cleaning schedules, and logs. Long Term Care experience.
