Preps, Dishwashers, fryers and cooks needed! (san jose east)

Bonchon Silvercreek in San Jose, CA is looking for line cooks, preps dishwashers and fryers to join our strong team. We are located on 1071 East Capitol Expressway. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Training will be provided and please have a reliable form of transportation and working cell phone.

Cooks – Responsibilities
– Learn the recipes of all our dishes
– Prep vegetables, meats and sauces
– Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
– Clean up station and take care of leftover food
– Stock Inventory and station for the next shift

Fryers – Responsibilities
– Learn to fry chicken the BonChon way
– Keep the oven load with fresh fried chicken
– Change fryer oil when needed
– Prep when there’s down time
– Keep station clean

Preps – Responsibilities
– Cut chicken, beef and vegetables
– Make a variety of sauces
– Stock inventory
– Put away deliveries

Dishwashers – Responsibilities
– Learn to use our dish washing machine
– Wash dishes with out 3 compartment sink
– Prep when there are no dishes
– Make sure there are always clean plate ware and cups
