We are a well-respected 5 unit restaurant group looking for a unique chef to take the lead of all things kitchen related. Our current chef partner looks to focus on the expansion of the company and as such needs support from someone with a strong culinary background to take on the role of training, new store openings, quality control and some menu development.

YOU: Strong kitchen management skill set. Understand the numbers but even more importantly how to train kitchen mangers, cooks, preps, and dish washer to operate not only efficiently but independently while still under your watchful eye. You do thoughtful & organized work and builds systems so that training is focused and successful in preparing all positions for their duties as new stores open. You’re able to mentor KMs and interact well with FoH managers to set up a successful store. Understand the big picture and how to grow a multi-unit restaurant company. Understands the idea that your success is gauged by the
success of your stores and the happiness and retention of your employees. Never shies away from a challenge. Ready to make a long-term commitment to a company that values your input and experience but demands 110%.
