We are looking for a professional chef with at least 3 years experience. You must be able to lead a small team. We are a wood fired pizza restaurant, so you must have experience with brick ovens. The right candidate will need to be able to work alone, handle some ordering, and handle and execute all prep work for the week. Pay is based upon experience. Punctuality and professionalism is an absolute must.
