The overnight baker will prepare donuts according to the Culinary Directors standards
The successful candidate will be responsible for baking and glazing donuts for the entire operation and keeping the work area sanitized.
The incumbent will have experience in the food service industry, baking and is committed to impeccable food presentation and health & safety standards.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Baking and preparing all menu items in accordance to the standards set by the Executive Chef.
2. Glazing donuts per the menu based on production numbers provided
3. Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product based on schedule created by the Head Chef.
4. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
