Benchmark Oakland seeks an experienced professional for the position of sous chef. Ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dough making, wood-fired pizza, pasta production and execution, and a passion for local farms and food. Also desired is previous experience leading a team of cooks.
Work under executive chef Peter Swanson and chef de cuisine Jennifer Moffitt.
