Counter servers are the front line of our operation and are responsible for composing our dishes in accordance with brand standards. We expect our servers to be genuinely hospitable and truly own the guest experience. From serving our food on the line to maintaining an immaculate dining room, FOH is their domain.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Creating memorable experiences for our guests and always making it right.
– Executing the menu on the service line.
– Managing flow of product throughout the day (Service line, backup line).
– Setting up and breaking down station(s).
– Maintaining immaculately clean and organized dining room and stations at all times.
– An awareness of the pace of service and excellent communication/teamwork skills.
– Passionate about interacting, communicating, and serving guests.
– Perform with an extremely high sense of urgency, productivity and focus.
– Ability to regularly work on your feet for an extended period of time
– Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a continuing basis
– Must have open availability (including nights and weekends)
