Chef-Manager for Diner-type restaurant (San Francisco)

Chef-Manager wanted for popular diner-type restaurant in San Francisco. Restaurant serves mainly California comfort food including appetizers, hamburgers, chicken, waffles, omelettes, patty melts, dinner salads and dinner plates. Chef-Manager must have minimum 2 years high-volume kitchen experience and restaurant management experience. Chef-Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations, hiring, scheduling, training and supervising staff. Must be able to work all stations, control inventory, manage food and labor costs. Must be friendly, promote healthy work environment, ensure excellent customer service and food quality. Salary TBD plus benefits; bonus based on gross profit.
