Hando (www.handohtx.com), opening this fall in The Heights, is a fun and casual 24-seat sushi hand roll bar that focuses on serving fresh hand rolls (temaki), small plates, craft cocktails, beer and sake. Our cooks prepare and serve the hand rolls directly to each guest at the bar, providing an experience that feels simultaneously familiar and artisanal.
We are currently looking for SUSHI CHEFS to join our opening team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sushi chef experience in a leadership role (experience as part of an opening restaurant team is a plus).
Must be able to work lunch, dinner, and weekends.
