Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a professional Sous Chef to be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.

Position Requirements
- You will function at level of Executive Chef reporting to the Proprietor who will become Corporate Executive Chef
- Executive sous chefs or sous chefs with great leadership skills ready to step up to next level will make great candidates
- You are a passionate chef and uncompromising when it comes to quality ingredients and authentic cuisine
- Ideally you have Peruvian cuisine expertise
- Alternatively, have expertise in French or Mediterranean or Japanese cuisine and seafood and be willing & eager to learn Peruvian
- Must be humble, eager to learn and grow, have calm demeanor
- Be a supportive/encouraging leader who can mesh well with current team
- Bilingual English and Spanish a HUGE HUGE plus!
