Job Description:
A very experienced restaurant group is opening a brand new brunch concept in Carlsbad! Our passionate Executive Chef is excited to have crafted a captivating menu full of mouth-watering food and sensational cocktails. Our menu will consist of fun plays on time-honored favorites, as well as more modern and captivating fare.
Planned operations are from 8am to 3pm, daily, with specialty mimosas, flaming coffees, weekend skewer-filled bloody bars, and a small collection of Instagrammable spots both in and outside the restaurant.
We are looking for experienced Breakfast Cooks and other BOH support staff. The ideal candidate will have breakfast experience. You must be available to work a 4-5 day/wk schedule, and we are NOT hiring seasonal staff.
All candidates should have some education and/or experience in a full service restaurant or kitchen, and must be at least 18 years of age.
